The dining area seats 6 and the contemporary kitchen features all main appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower and bathtub is also located on the ground floor. A marble staircase leads up to the first floor to a further two bedrooms, one twin and one double and a family bathroom. There is also a spacious balcony area which is perfect for enjoying the late afternoon sun. Outside the villa you will find a spacious and sunny garden area with 8m x 4m private pool with plenty of space for sunbathing and outside dining and a variety of plants and trees. This villa is magnificent in every way and located in one of the most picturesque areas of Cyprus. The resort beaches, harbour and restaurants are less than 5 minutes drive away and the town of Polis with a further selection of restaurants and shops is 10 minutes away. The charming resort of Latchi is a picturesque fishing village, well-known for its cozy harbour-side restaurants and crowd-free beaches. Popular with both tourists and locals, the area offers visitors a chance to enjoy some of the best scenery on the island. The resort lies on the North West coast of Cyprus, between Polis and the scenic Akamas National Park.
