This oceanfront home is located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, offering its own private walkway to the sand and three levels of ocean-view balconies. It’s been said this stretch of sand is one of the best beaches in the world. The white sand is a soft flat walk into the ocean, where you can enjoy amazing waves. Spend time at the beach whenever you like. Enjoy all 3 outside decks, and enjoy the wonderful view from the top deck and the incredible views up and down the coastline. Get up early to watch the breathtaking sunrise then walk the beach at sunset when the sky transforms into colors that can’t be described in words. This entire home was recently remodeled with an incredible Master Bath that includes a huge soaking tub where you can relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the ocean view. Take advantage of the shower with 2 regular shower heads, a rain shower head, and a shower wand. New flooring throughout most of the house, fresh paint, and upgraded baths and kitchen. This light-filled home is polished, elegant, and spectacularly positioned on the ocean shore. Enjoy an outdoor shower to rinse off the lingering sand, and eat lunch on the deck in the shade. There is a well-appointed kitchen to assist in preparing appetizers and meals after a day at the beach. Take advantage of all the entertainment and enjoy the WiFi, the pool table, smart TVs, boogie boards, beach towels, and chairs to bring down to the beach. You’ll feel miles away from the stresses of daily life, yet close to so many attractions. Enjoy Anastasia Island with numerous adventures. It’s a quick drive to get into the heart of historic St. Augustine with many restaurants (many need reservations so plan ahead), shops, museums, ghost tours, Castillo de San Marcos National Monument (450+ years old), the Architecture of Flagler College and walk St. George Street. Downtown has an Art walk on the first Friday of each month. St. Augustine is the oldest continuous city in the country and has many more things to see and do. THINGS TO KNOW • An outdoor shower is provided. • The following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, wolf-dog hybrid. • 2 dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. • Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. • Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest’s stay.
