The location offers both privacy and convenience with a free winter MOOver shuttle to/from Mount Snow Resort weekends and holidays, a Ski Home Trail, a clubhouse with pool table/ping pong/lounge/small fitness room, an outdoor community firepit and, during summer months, a heated outdoor pool (May-Oct). * - Guest must be 30 and over to book. *- AWD vehicle required to access the property in the winter *- Guest must register on HOA website. HOA does not permit any pets. Sorry! *- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id * Please note that a refundable Security Deposit in the amount of $500 will be collected by Property Management Company after book MRT-11212134-002
