Designed with comfort in mind, the home comes thoughtfully furnished inside and out to welcome gatherings with friends or family. Nestled against majestic redwoods, the spacious, fully enclosed backyard comes complete with private hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor seating for everything from alfresco meals to post-hike soaks. There’s even an outdoor hot shower for rinsing off sand after trips to the beach. The spacious kitchen comes well-appointed for home cooking and there’s seating for all at the dining table set for six. In the evenings, unwind with your favorite shows and movies on the living room smart TV. A central fireplace adds cozy comfort for chilly weather. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> There is a long-term renter in the cottage behind the garage. The rental is behind a fence to ensure privacy. The reserved parking spot belongs to the long term renter. The cottage is rented to one person and a dog. Streaming services are available on the smart TV using your own accounts.
