Sea Pirate #6 features 2 bedrooms/1 bath and sleeps six with a queen-size bed and two sets of twin bunk beds. The large enclosed patio features a gas grill and ample seating for a quiet evening after a day at the beach. This unit has a shared washer/dryer. Sea Pirate is a one-week minimum rental. Parking is limited to one vehicle. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Lead guests must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and must remain at the property for the reservation duration. No Parties or events are allowed. Smoking is only permitted in open spaces outside of the home. All smoking debris must be removed.
- You are required to sign a guest agreement within 48 hours after making the reservation.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
