Villa Pansa

The villa is at a driving distance of 8 km from the central port of Aegina. A good public bus connection is available. In Perdika’s harbor you can taste fresh fish the taverns by the sea or just have a drink watching a spectacular yacht coming in. A small boat is leaving regularly to the nearby Island of Moni, 10' on foot from the villa and 15 minutes crossing where wonderful beaches are waiting for you. This very particular island has no inhabitants, except protected animals. Super market, bakery and taverns are all accessible on foot. Villa Pansa is built on 2 levels and located just 8 meters from the sea. A stoned staircase from the front of the house leads you directly to the beach.. The villa can easily accommodate 6 adults and 2 babies (baby cots are available). The ground floor consists of a large living room with fire place, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a luxury bathroom with tub. All rooms give to a big veranda and to the front stone yard which leads to the sea. . The first floor consists of two bright bedrooms (one with double bed the other with 2 single beds), a luxury bathroom and a WC. These bedrooms also give to sea view verandas, the ideal place to enjoy the sunshine.. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with WI FI, satellite TV, double glassed windows and screens. It is decorated with lot of style and fully equipped with all appliances and electrical devices..
