The beach and resort centre with an abundance of restaurants, shops and nightlife is just a 2 minute walk away.. The apartment is the perfect choice if you want to be close to all the amenities of the resort, without the need for transport.
The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with everything required for a comfortable self-catering stay. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds. There is also a family bathroom.
It has an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with seating for 5 people and 2 large balconies outside with lots of room for sunbathing and relaxing.
Free WI-FI and satellite TV available along with air-conditioning throughout. Outside you will be able to make full use of the communal pool.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
