Not only will you have your own private pool and hot tub, but complete access to the 2.5-acre Lagoon, sandy beaches, and resort pool!
**The Shores Resort Lagoon and beaches will be closed for extended maintenance and repairs 9/5/2023-12/20/2023. The Shores Resort Pool and hot tub will remain open and heated, as well as NoMad’s pool deck café. Due to this closure, nightly rates have been reduced (reflected in the current pricing) and resort fees have been reduced, as well. Feel free to contact us for more information if your stay falls within these dates.**

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
