Pitch Perfect has lots of privacy, the only shared wall is the outside garage wall. The main floor has a lovely great room with modern and sleek designs as well as throughout the entire home. Views, views, and more views from every window and deck. You’ll love the elegant gas fireplace showcased in the living room. There is a step-out deck access from here as well. The gorgeous kitchen has all that you will need to prepare and serve your family favorites and there is a grill for additional cooking options. The 1st king master bedroom is located on this level too. It has a TV and incredible views and an exit to the deck as well. Enjoy sitting on the balcony and soak up the stars that shine in this beautiful location. The master bathroom is large, has double sinks, a soaking tub, and a step-in shower. There is a half bath located by the garage door. Downstairs - you will find the other two bedrooms and a fun under-the-stairs llama-themed cubby for the kiddos that they can disappear into and enjoy. There are 2 love sacks that are made into 2 twin beds. The queen bedroom has a TV and steps outside to the hot tub! Great views from these bedrooms as well. Another TV is provided in this lovely room and just outside the door is a full bathroom. The second king master bedroom also steps out to the hot tub and patio living spaces. This quiet bedroom also has a TV and a full bathroom on-suite. The patio and hot tub are outdoor living at its finest. It is landscaped beautifully and feels so private and open at the same time.
