Welcome to Bama Getaway! Bama Getaway is located just ½ mile from Bryant Denny stadium, and is within walking distance to several downtown attractions, including restaurants and Government Plaza. The house can host up to 6 guests. The Living Space: Bama Getaway is a luxurious 3 bedroom 3 bath unit with beautiful furnishings and a high-end, fully equipped kitchen. Upon entering the condo, you will find a comfortable living room with a smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, which is perfect for staging your tailgate food while watching the Bama game. There is a washer & dryer upstairs for guest use. Pets are not allowed at Bama Getaway. The Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The first bedroom has a King bed with an attached bathroom that has a walk-in shower. This bathroom also has access from the living room. The second and third bedrooms have a King bed and attached bathroom with a tub shower. All three of the bedrooms have TVs. The downstairs bedroom has an exterior access door to the parking in the back. The Outdoors: There are 2 patios, and one small balcony upstairs. The front patio overlooks a beautiful downtown area, and is enveloped in trees and botanical calmness. One parking space is included with the property and there is additional parking on the street. We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions! *Please Read Prior to Booking: *Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.* *All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.* *Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the following: a pet policy agreement (if pets allowed), a visitor form, a Bama Vacation Rentals Rules Form and submit photo ID with a live selfie for verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.  Please note that guests must be 25 years or older to book. You will also be required to provide the full names and phone numbers of all adults staying at the property.* *There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.* *For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
