This spacious, upgraded 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom Townhouse is centrally located in town and offers two master suites. This central location is ideal to be walking distance to Vons, shops, restaurants, coffee and a shuttle stop in front of the complex for easy lift access. Enjoy a fully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stone counters and also stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals. The large dining table with seating for 8 can accommodate those special family gathering moments, with additional bar seating at the kitchen. The cozy living room offers plenty of seating with the large leather sectional, a pellet stove, large 70" flatscreen Smart TV with Cable, vaulted ceilings and private deck with forest setting views. Complete with private BBQ grill, you are all set to do some grilling. On the lower level the master bedroom features a King bed with flatscreen TV, walk-in closet and updated separate vanity and bathroom with custom built vanities and luxury shower with stone work. The second bedroom features a Queen bed and en-suite full upgraded bathroom with tiled tub/shower combo. On the middle level there is a shared upgraded full bath with walk-in shower. The open loft upstairs on the third level is perfect for the kids with two sets of bunk beds each with Twin over Double (for a total of 4) and flatscreen TV. Complete with a private washer/dryer for your convenience, and a mud room at the entry to store all your gear. This unit has complimentary WiFi. The complex has outdoor parking for two cars, jacuzzi, and a pool during the summer months. This unit is not pet-friendly, non-smoking and sleeps a maximum of 8 people. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
