Master Bedroom The Master Bedroom has a unique taste featuring a premium King-size bed with two bedside tables and has an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is spacious featuring a bathtub, double basins, a walk-in shower unit, and a toilet. The Second Bedroom has a queen-size bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Guest Access Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including Beach access with lots of water activities, Gym, Shared Swimming pool and a spa as well in addition to exotic parties at the FIVE. Interaction with Guests All our properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any enquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays and other various concierge services at an additional cost. Other things to note Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival. We provide one complementary cleaning session, once each 7 nights stay. Eligible guests (Stays for 7 Nights or more) are entitled for the cleaning sessions. You also have to try Dubai’s Speedboat tour which will take you on a magnificent tour across The palm and the Marina. AlNakheel Mall is a short drive away from the building where you will find all the shops that you might need and also there is a nearby Spinneys Market to get all your essentials easily. Dubai International Airport is about half an hour away from the building.
