Watauga Lake, the Watauga Lake Winery, and Villa Nove Vineyard are within a 30-minute drive from the cabin. Watauga Lake can be seen from the house, and has multiple marinas offering boat rentals and water sports equipment for fishing and swimming. The wall of windows and front deck are flooded with the remarkable view at the home with floor to ceiling wood interior. The living room has a double sided wood burning fireplace that can be viewed from the leather sofa or the kitchen while preparing favorite dishes. Upstairs features a pool table and cozy chairs. The main level master bedroom includes a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, while upstairs offers a queen bedroom with private bath. The third bedroom is also up the spiral staircase with a queen bed, twin bed couch by the window view, tv, and private bathroom. This home offers central heat and air, wifi, ROKU streaming on the tv’s and includes a washer and dryer. Pets are not allowed. Making fond memories is easy in the mountains at Matteyville! ****Access Disclosure: The road to Matteyville includes traveling on a very narrow, curvy, state-maintained, paved road for several miles. Once through the gates, the HOA manages the community road maintenance. During winter, the state portion of the road may not be serviceable for snow removal. Matteyville is available for Spring, Summer, and Fall bookings! MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK
