The calming grey and white interior and distinctive industrial beams add plenty of charm and a homely feel. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Lift: The lift will be out of use from November to January due to building maintenance. Parking: The car park is a standard size and not suitable for large vehicles. The TV has no aerial channels - we instead provide on-demand tv such as Netflix! The Space: Completed to a high standard throughout with attractive laminate flooring and snug carpeting for a cosy feel in the bedrooms. The apartment benefits from contemporary furnishings and boasts a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area and double-height windows. Perfect for home-cooked meals, our apartment’s built-in kitchen features all the essentials including a fridge freezer, oven, hob, fan, and washer/dryer. The property boasts 2 bedrooms, one has a king-size bed the other a double. There is also a sofa bed in one of the bedrooms and one in the living area, thus making the apartment very spacious and able to comfortably sleep 8. We also have one car park space available for you, so feel free to bring your car along! **Please note that a baby cot is available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay.** Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment. The main entrance to the apartment can be found on Tithebarn street and is accessed by a small fob. Interaction with Guests: We operate a very hands off approach, knowing that privacy is something that is vital when staying away from home. We will never intrude unannounced and will leave you to enjoy the comfort of the stunning apartment. However, that is not to say that we aren’t around to help. We are both available by phone at all times should you need any assistance whatsoever. If we can’t solve it over the phone we will be straight over! The Neighborhood: The apartment building is quiet and only has a handful of quiet and respectful neighbours. We ask that all guests are the same back. We are located right in between the thriving business district and shopping and leisure area of Liverpool. Our apartment is within walking distance of all major attractions and taking the car is certainly not necessary! Avoid the hassle of taxis and buses and stay right in the heart of the city with your own beautiful base to call home. Getting Around: All of Liverpool’s wonderful city centre attractions are within walking distance, however, if you plan on venturing further afield the transport links from the city centre are second to none. Lime Street Station and Liverpool ONE Bus Station are only a few minutes walk away. For nearby parking, the closest secure car park is located less than 3 minutes walk away from the apartment. The price is £13.50/ 24 hours NCP 69 Tithebarn Street Liverpool L2 2EE Other Things to Note: The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. **Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.** Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 4 minutes walk or 2-3 minutes drive. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer! The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method. We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation" House Rules: • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 11am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
