Located in the Cascone Park, a few steps from the Mandara car park and the very central Piazza dei Mulini, this spacious house is the ideal solution for family holidays in Positano. The apartment has a large outdoor terrace with a panoramic view of the city of Positano. Living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. SPACE: The park has direct access from the famous Viale Pasitea, a few steps from the Positano café, from all the bars, restaurants and shops of the Positano shopping area. The apartment is located in the upper part of the park, to access it you need to climb 100 steps. It is spread over several levels, upon entering we find a large living room with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a sideboard. The living room is directly connected to the outdoor terrace through a large French door. The kitchen, in Neapolitan style, is finely decorated with frescoes that recall nature, and consists of: fridge with freezer, sink with double bowl, washing machine and dishwasher. Pensio with high chairs, round table with 8 lava stone chairs. The first two bedrooms are adjacent to the living room, to access the third one it is necessary to cross a corridor with a height of 2m. 1 bedroom: king size bed, wardrobe, 2 bedroom: sommier bed 140x190 (french bed) 3rd bedroom: king size bed with bedside tables, wardrobe, safe and balcony. The house has two complete bathrooms with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and hairdryer. The house is supplied with bed linen, towels and dishes for the kitchen. Wifi connection with fiber. Air conditioning is located in the living room and in the bedroom with balcony. TO NOTICE: Check-in is available from 2 - 7:30 pm. For late check-ins after 7.30pm a supplement of €30 will be applied, after 11.00pm a supplement of €50. Check-out is before 10:00 am. The city tax of €2.50 per person per night is payable locally. Parking is available nearby at the Mandara car park. Clients must provide proof of identity upon arrival.
