Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Feste Non Ammesse.
- La tassa di soggiorno di Firenze è di 5.5 euro al giorno a persona (esclusi i minori di 12 anni) fino a un massimo di 7 giorni.
- Per i late check in extra fee, €20 dopo le ore 20:00, €35 dopo le ore 23:00.
- Per i soggiorni a partire da 30 giorni è richiesto un deposito cauzionale pari ad un mese di affitto.
- Per i soggiorni a partire da 30 giorni oltre al costo dell'affitto verrà richiesto il pagamento di utenze (acqua, elettricità, gas) e internet. Verranno a tal proposito fatte le letture dei contatori all'inizio ed alla fine del soggiorno per calcolare gli importi dovuti.
- Il costo delle utenze è il seguente:
- -Internet: €25,00 al mese
- -Acqua: €3,50 per metro cubico
- -Gas: €0.95 per metro cubico
- -Elettricità: €0.45 per kwh
- No Party Allowed.
- City tax is 5.5 euros per day per person (excluding children under 12) up to a maximum of 7 days.
- For late check in extra fee, after 8:00 pm, €20, after 11:00 pm €35.
- For periods of stay starting from 30 days a security deposit of one month's rent is required.
- For periods of stay starting from 30 days, in addition to the cost of the rent, payment of utilities (water, electricity, gas) and internet will be required. Consumptions will be measured at the beginning and end of the stay to calculate the amounts.
- The cost of utilities is as follows:
- -Internet: €25,00 per month
- -Water: €3,50 per cubic meter
- -Gas: €0.95 per cubic meter
- -Electricity: €0.45 per kwh
