- The cabin is located up a private gravel road in the private Smoky Falls community. Regular cars can access the cabin from March through December but four-wheel drive is required if there is snow or ice. The road is not suitable for motorcycles
- There are other bookable vacation rentals on-site; other travelers may be present during your stay
- The property requires stairs for entry, but there is a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor
- The hot tub is not available for guest use
- The fireplace is not available for guest use
- This property may not be suitable for children under the age of 10 because of the structure of the stairs and other antique furnishing
- The property provides a starter amount of consumable goods for your convenience which include: paper goods at each station, hand soap in each bathroom, small
