The pool house is not available for guest use in the winter - The portable crib and crib are available upon request - Children must be supervised by the pool and dock at all times and wear appropriate flotation gear (not provided) - The fireplace is not available for guest use - Maintenance comes to the property weekly for lawn care (on Wednesdays) and bi-weekly for pool care - Your safety matters.
