- NOTE: The cabin is located roughly 500 feet up a hill from the street, so 4-wheel drive is necessary while snow is falling. The driveway will be plowed shortly after the snow stops
- NOTE: There are two paved parking spots near the base of the driveway for 2-wheel drive cars during snowfall. If guests decide to use those, they will simply have to walk up the rest of the driveway to the house
- NOTE: The property runs on well water
- NOTE: The property requires steps to enter and a flight of stairs to access 3 of the 4 bedrooms. These areas may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is located in front of the garage facing the driveway, camera 2 is located above the front door facing the front porch, camera 3 is located above the front window wall facing the front lawn, and camera 4 is located on the side deck facing the BBQ area. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound while guests are in residence
