These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for every guest. In accordance with the City of Sarasota’s Rental Ordinance, this property requires a minimum rental period of 7 nights. The maximum occupancy for this home is 10 adults; however, children under 6 years of age are not included in the City’s occupancy limit.
