Property Manager is proud to present Southern Savonia Villa 1113. 58 km north of Savonlinna, Lake Ruunavesi 15 m (length 10 km, width 800 m), part of the Lake Saimaa waterway, hard, gently deepining sandmoraine bottom, pier, rowing boat.
Wooden cottage 2009, living roomkitchen (45 m²), three bedroom with 2 beds in each, dressing room, washroom, sauna, hall, big terrace. Yard building (in use all year round): bunk bed for two.

In the area there is a campfire site and lean-to. Nature paths, cross country skiing tracks, sledding hill and campfire site in the area are in the guests free use. On opposite shore to cottage approx. 400 m away is Hyväsalmi road bridge.
