Property Manager is proud to present Kymenlaakso Etelä Karjala Villa 1024. 60 km to the southeast from Mikkeli, Lake Kuolimo (length 20 km, width 4 km) 15 m, hard, sand bottom, big pier, rowing boat.
Log cabin 1990, living roomkitchen, bedroom (8 m²) with double bed, washroom, sauna (electric sauna stove), separate WC, large terrace with great views. Open balcony with two beds. Air source heat pump, Wi-Fi access.
Guest House 2010 (50 m²) living room, kitchen corner, two bedrooms (approx. 7.5 m²), both with two beds, WC, large terrace. Air source heat pump.
Separate lakeside sauna 2005, with dressing room, sauna with wood-burning sauna stove, water comes with the pump. Covered porch.
The summer kitchen with glazing on three sides. There is gas grill in the shelter, masonry brick barbecue and pressurized water.
A wood-fired hot tub (8-seater) for rent. The tub can be rented during first of May till first of November. Rental fee of hot tub is 200 euros. The hot tub is rented pre-filled and heated (warmed up on arrival day at 4 o’clock, the customer carries out further heating of hot tub itself). Firewood and towels are included the price. Booking of hot tub must be done two weeks before the arrival date.
Kymenlaakso Etelä Karjala Villa 1024 is a calm holiday cottage for larger group, more than one generation, or even for two families. Some of the guests can be accommodated in separate guest house with their own peace. Many kinds of holiday activities can be done in large plot.
In the summer kitchen you can conjure the delicious delicacies and admire the wonderful lake landscape simultaneously. Water of lake Kuolimo is very clean and there is a lot of fish in the lake too. There is also good terrain for picking berries.
