Property Manager Villa Holidays is proud to present Lapland Villa 1249. 40 km north of Kolari, near the Äkäslompolo village skiing tracks, address Maahisentie 5. Log duplex apartment (built 2007) that has livingroomkitchen with bed sofa, bedroom with double bed, loft (20 m2) with double bed and two mattresses, electric sauna, separate toilet and heated ski maintenance space. Area 65 m² of which 20 m² on the loft. Location is a peaceful place on the side of the fell. Skiing routes accessible directly from the ski maintenance room and it’s possible to come down from the Ylläs-Ski slopes straight to the cottage. Hiking routes also accessible from the yard during summer. Nursery equipment (travel bed, feeding chair, potty). No pets allowed. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
