Property Manager is proud to present Lapland Villa 1232. 250 km north of Rovaniemi, near the Raattamaa in village of Ylikyrö, in Pallastunturi by lake Vuontisjärvi. Lake Vuontisjärvi (length of 1.7 km, width of 1.2 km), 25 m to the beach, which is steep, hard bottom, own boat.
The robust log house Lapland Villa 1232 is situated in a tranquil location in the Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park, 250 km north of Rovaniemi, near Raattama village in Ylikyrö. It sits on a hill in front of lake Vuontisjärvi, offering breathtaking views with arctic hills. If you get lucky, you might even see some Northern Lights through the big windows.
The spacious and bright log house consists of two apartments and a sauna cabin. The apartments have their own entrances, and there is a covered and glassed-in terrace between the apartments with a pizza ovenfireplace. Both apartments are included in the price.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
