Property Manager is proud to present Kainuu Villa 1068. This apartment in semi-detached house, located in Vuokatti ski centre, was completed in 2008. Floor area 67,5 m² (loft 27 m²). Three floors in this house, apartment in floors 2 and 3, steps to apartment. Both floors with terrace. In the first floor a warm storage. On the ground floor in apartment there is combined living room & kitchen, a bedroom with twin bed, sauna (electric heating), washroom and toilet. Upstairs in the loft there is one bedroom with three separated beds and a child´s bed. Kajaani 35 km, Sotkamo 7 km, Vuokatti ski slope 100 m, cross country track 100 m. Beach 2 km. Cleaning and linen NOT included. Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay. Pets are not allowed
