Property Manager Villa Holidays is proud to present North Karelia Villa 1020. 74 km to the south from Joensuu, lake Pyhäjärvi 60 m (206,79 km²), shallow, child-friendly natural sand beach, own beach, own boat. Holiday cabin 2020, living roomkitchen, 2 bedrooms, both with 2 beds (can be also moved together), private WC and TV. Electric sauna, washroom, dressing room, glazed terrace with summer kitchen.
For an additional price a wood-heated 32 m² sauna on the shore. There are 2 rain showers, toilet, porch. Also sofa bed for 2 persons. A campfire place near the sauna. Exclusive holiday cottage by the lake Pyhäjärvi. Good fishing possibilities, the cabin includes fishing rods, ice fishing equipment and fishing trap.
Wireless 4G internet connection and a charger for an electric car (6h charging time). There is a wheelchair ramp to the cabin, all the facilities are accessible by the wheelchair except sauna and WC.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
