Property Manager is proud to present Southern Savonia Villa 1020. 67 km north-west of Mikkeli, lake Puulavesi 25 m, shallow water, sandy bottom, further mud bottom, own boat.
Log cabin 2001, partly renovated in 2017, kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed and bedroom with 2 single beds, dressing room with toilet, washroom, sauna with electric stove, covered terrace. Air source heat pump, WiFi internet connection. Upstairs: bedroom with one 120 cm wide bed, supstairs lobby with 2 beds, balcony. Steep stairs to the loft, downstairs child safety gate. An additional table and chair are also available by prior arrangement, eg for teleworking.
Lakeside sauna built in 2001, (20 m²) with electricity, dressing room and fireplace in galzed terrace. Lakeside sauna can be used all year round, but there’s no running water.
Garage. Southern Savonia Villa 1020 is a peaceful cottage and suitable also etc. for 2 families. Large yard area for outdoor play.
Note! Dogs are allowed, but there is a pet fee 50 € dog. If you have a dog with you, please book also additional service ’Pet fee’.
Three areal fishing permits are included in the price. Fisheries management fee is required if you are 18-64 years of age and will be fishing with lures or traps (not required if you are ice fishing or fishing by hook and line).
Two bicycles, kick-sled and two sledges are included in price. Owner rents out outboard motor (2.5 hp), boat and canoe. You can also rent movable bathtub (on the trailer) and PuulaGolf game tickets from the owner. Strawberries, juices, muesli, potatoes and berries can be bought from the owner’s farm shop.
