Property Manager Villa Holidays is proud to present North Karelia Villa 1007. 50 km south-east of Joensuu, lake Suur-Onkamo 15 m (length 15 km, width 4 km), slightly deepening until the end of the pier, after that deep water, sand bottom with stones, own rowboat.
Wooden cottage 1989, living roomkitchen with 2 convertible sofas , 3 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 beds and one with bunk bed). Sauna with electric sauna stove and bathroom. Terrace. Air source heat pump.
High speed fiber optic Internet connection 100Mbit in use free of charge. Peaceful and beautiful location. Good berry picking and mushroom terrains. Lake has good stock of fish. A small pavillion and campfire site by shore.
For extra price hydro massage bath outdoors. Please make the reservation for same period as the reservation of the cottage.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
