Property Manager Villa Holidays is proud to present North Karelia Villa 1002. 77 km north of Joensuu, Small lake Koirilampi. Wood semi-detached house 2008, kitchen-living room with convertibal sofa, 2 bed rooms with with double bed in each, upstairs bed room with 2 beds, washroom, sauna (elec. stove), terrace. Upstairs also toilet with a shower. Modern and high standard semidetached house apartment by the small lake Koirilampi in Loma-Koli cottage area. Hiking trails near by. There is a hydro massage bath in the washing room. There are two tv-sets, also DVD and VCR are available. Internet connection (ADSL and Wi-Fi), satellite antenna (over 460 channels). No other cottages beside the house. The cottage is suitable for downhill and cross-country skiers; Ukko-Koli slopes 8 km.
Extra charge for pets 20 eday, max. 120 ereservation. If you make reservation for over 6 days, choose the charge for 6 days. Cats are not allowed. Baby...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
