Property Manager is proud to present Kainuu Villa 1005. This log cottage by the small Lake Ylä-Valkeinen in Välikoski area in Sotkamo was completed in 1993. Floor area 120 m². Combined living room & kitchen, with sofa bed for 1-2 person, loft with two bedrooms, both with twin bed + sofa bed for 2-4 persons. Sauna (electric heating), washroom, toilet. Porch.
Camp fire place.
Air condition. Kajaani, 70 km, Sotkamo 25 km. Vuokatti ski slope, cross-country ski trail Sotkamo 25 km. Spa Golf 33 km Holday Club Katinkulta.
Hiidenportti National Park (old-growth forests and ravines) about 20 km.
Own beach 20 m, a boat available (no possibility for outboard motor rental). The area has nice facilities for fishing (Välikoski).

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
