Property Manager is proud to present Päijat Häme Villa 1036. 55 km northwest of Heinola, artificial pond ’Vesan lompolo’ 35 m (length 50 m, width 30 m), hard, deep, gravel bottom, dock. Own boat at lake Suojärvi, distance 0.8 km.
Hand-carved log villa 2006, living room-kitchen, bedroom with double bed, sauna, washroom, dressing room utility room, hall, wc, terrace. Upstairs bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with two beds and a children’s bed, convertible extra bed for two in the lobby, balcony. 2 x wc, washroomshower, sauna (wooden heated). Child gate upstairs and downstairs.

Woodshed, storage building and campfire place. Päijat Häme Villa 1036 is a nice villa in a peaceful plot by a forest pond. Bedrooms are spacious and there is spacious and cozy atmosphere.
There are stairs down to the pond. Metsälampi pond receives fresh water from sources, water continues to flow as a small creek into a lake. From the pier one can jump into the water (if one can swim), because at the end of the pier the pond water depth is about three meters.
The owner can rent an outboard motor, recreational equipment (eg. canoes, bicycles, electric bicycles and fishing equipment), as well as a lakeside sauna and hot tub (availability to be inquired in advance). Payment on site. Prices:
Lakeside sauna: 100 € evening, pre-heated.
Lakeside sauna and bath tub: 200 € evening, both pre-heated.
Hot tub: 150 € day, incl. water and firewood, the customer heats it himself.
The electric car can be charged from the cottage’s 3-phase socket, this must be agreed in advance with the cottage owner.
Owner has another rental cottage (12927) 0,8 km away.
In winter (when there is enough snow), both freestyle and classic skiing trail starts from the yard of the cottage, length of 11 km.
