Two storey log stone-built high quality villa, built in 2006. On the entry floor there is a fireplace room, spacious bedroom with 2 beds, cot and TV, washroom, sauna, toilet and terrace. In the fireplace room another TV and air heat pump. Carport.
Upstairs spacious open plan kitchen living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each, open plan with 2 extra beds in sofa-bed (120cm), WC, large terrace with garden furniture and swing. Living room air heat pump and TV. On the spot there is a locked Hot tub, which is not in use and will not be rented to customers. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
