Property Manager is proud to present Lapland Villa 1128. 175 km north of Rovaniemi, in Akanrova area of Levi Tourist Centre. Log cottage 2008. Downstairs: living roomkitchen with convertible sofabed, bedroom with 2 beds, sauna (soapstone stove, heated with electricity or wood), washroom, toilet and open porch (electric grill). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms both with 2 beds, loft lounge with convertible sofabed, toilet and balcony. Comfortable log cottage in peaceful location. Water in the tap may contain iron, which causes taste in it. However, it’s examined and safe to use.
Ski trail next to cottage (50 m). River Ounasjoki shore 1 km. Ravintola LuvattuMaa (restaurant) 1.2 km. Levi Centre, spa and ski lifts 6 km.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
