Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • QUIET HOURS:
  • Quiet hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
  • PARKING:
  • Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area. Please be respectful of the neighbors and do not block driveways, sidewalks or mailboxes.
  • USE OF PROPERTY:
  • The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
  • A/C – Fans- Lights: Please turn off the fans and lights when you leave for an extended period and when you depart the island. Each room has its own A/C control. Please maintain 70 -80 degrees F when in use. When in use, units should be set as follows: DO NOT TOUCH THE FAN SPEED BUTTON- IT WILL JAM THE SERVER AND REQUIRE IMMEDIATE MAINTAINENCE (Please be mindful of electric use- Hawaii has the highest electric rates in the country. Lights off, AC only as needed, keep sliding doors and windows closed when AC is on, Hand wash small loads of dishes).
  • KITCHEN
  • If needed there are instruction manuals for all of the appliances in the bottom drawer across from the freezer.
  • GAS GRILL
  • Gas Grill- is just off the lanai and is available for use. Turn on gas tank under grill. Please turn off gas tank after each use. There are extra propane tanks on the side of the house in the black cabinet. Pool: The pool runs it’s filtering cycle automatically, there is no need to use the access panel for the pool or spa. The pool cleaner comes every Friday before noon, she will not need to access the home.
  • SPA
  • The spa can be controlled from the buttons located on the spa. Press the “SPA” button to heat, this will heat the spa for 45 minutes. It will take 10-15 minutes for the spa to heat up. If the “SPA” button is pressed a second time it will turn the heat off. It takes 1-2 minutes for the heater to kick on and off. There are beach and pool towels available for guests within the unit as well as in the cabinet outside on lanai. Beach Chairs, toys, snorkeling gear, boogie boards and a cooler are located in the garage. Please return them at the end of your stay.
  • COMMON AREAS AND LANAIS
  • Please hang wet towels, bathing suits or any other wet items to dry on back Lanai. Smoking: is Not Allowed in unit. Pets are Not Allowed, in unit, on lanai or common areas.
  • LANDSCAPING
  • The landscaper, Hugo, come on Mondays between the hours of 9-11
  • TRASH AND RECYCLABLES
  • Trash and recyclables shall be disposed of only in the trash receptacles located within the garage. All trash must be wrapped or bagged. Trash collection is Monday. Please place the trash bins curbside the evening before. No flammable, combustible cans are allowed to be disposed of in the trash chute(s). There is a $50.00 fee charged for the clean-up of any trash receptacle(s) or enclosure caused by failure of Guest to follow the foregoing rules.
