Centrally located on the corner of Queen Street and Victoria Street East, this apartment is perfect for both business travelers looking for a CBD base, and tourists keen to explore the city sights. The iconic Sky Tower is just up the road, and Queen Street shopping is literally on your doorstep! We also provide our guests with free WiFi for those rainy days, and the cheapest public car park building in the CBD is right next door to us for ultimate convenience.
The Space:
Welcome to our spacious and modern two bedroom apartment in the lovely heritage Farmer’s building! You can’t find a better location than this, and you will have all the city amenities within a short walk from the apartment, as well as the iconic Sky Tower just up the road.
We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

The master bedroom features a wonderful King sized bed, and the second bedroom has a Queen sized bed.
The main room of the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, and dish washer. The living area has a sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table with chairs. There are also plenty of books on the shelf for you to read as well!
The bathroom as a lovely open walk-in shower, and there is a washing machine/dryer tucked away in the bathroom as well.

Monthly Stays: We have a 20% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
Key Pick-Up: The key will need to be picked up from a secure location in the Viaduct (95 Customs St W), which is a 10 minute walk or 5 min drive away from the apartment. They provide 24/7 access to keys via lockboxes. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking.
Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with ID provided for guests over 18 years of age. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.
Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.
Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a $50 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the apartment but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf.
Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Stays longer than 21 days will be required to have a mid-stay clean at your expense. Please just send us a message if you need extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (4x shampoo, 4x bodywash, 6x tea/coffee, 2x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
This is a professionally managed apartment so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.
