Property Manager is proud to present Protaras Villa 1482. Protaras Villa 1482 is a brand new spacious house finished in 2016 all build on one level that features all modern facilities and equipment. Located in the heart of Central Protaras and yet in a relatively quiet area is ideal for a family vacation as within walking distance you will find everything, bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, pharmacies, clinic and of course the best beaches in Cyprus. Protaras Villa 1482 features an open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room area, modern furniture and large screen TV and a family bathroom. The first & second bedrooms have double beds while the third has 2 Single beds so in total the villa comfortably sleep 6 persons in beds and has the option of an additional person on an extra bed. The summer time in Cyprus is meant to be spent by the pool and Protaras Villa 1482 certainly offers this! The large 4x8 meter swimming pool is surrounded by mature trees, flowers & fencing that provides privacy. There are plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs and a modern gas BBQ. Build entirely on the ground floor the villa is accessible for wheelchairs is fully air-conditioned and offers free high speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Protaras Villa 1482 is walking distance to the Central Protaras Strip where you will find all the main bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, clinic, general amenities and the best beaches of Cyprus all with white sand and crystal clear blue water.
