An absolutely beautiful villa in one of the most convenient location with 3 minutes walk from some of the best beaches, restaurants, bars and shops in the area.
The ground floor features an open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room area with modern luxury furniture, Flat Screen TV, Satellite with both English and Russian speaking channels, and the guest toilet.
On the upper floor Protaras Villa 1458 features the master bedroom with en-suite showe and double bed, a second double bedroom and twin as well as the family bathroom. With 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin, Protaras Villa 1458 can comfortably accommodate 6 persons and there is also available a baby cot and high chair on request.
The whole outside area is fully decked and the landscaped garden provides adequate privacy from the neighboring properties. The BBQ is very well thought of and the LED lights around the pool create a very nice atmosphere for your evening parties.
