The villa is very tastefully furnished with every modern appliance you would expect in a 5-star luxury villa. There is a very large 10 x 5 meter overflow pool with Roman steps in the shallow end leading to an over 2-meter deep end. Pool heating is available for the mid and low seasons and is charged extra at 45 Euros per day.
Ayia Napa has over the last couple of years developed into a cosmopolitan resort with an array of colorful bars, restaurants, and shops. With an abundance of secluded sandy bays, Ayia Napa has recently been named the ’sunny and sandy land.’

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
