Located in the pristine Chapel area, Sedona Chimney Rock Trail House is a spectacular home that will place you very close to all of Sedona’s activities including hiking, shopping and restaurants. This home is surrounded by the iconic Sedona red rock views!
This wonderful single level home features a spacious 2,200 square feet and has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms to sleep up to six guests.
Entering through the front door puts you right into the main great room with an open floor plan, that holds the living room, dining room and kitchen — all with stunning surrounding views throughout.
Living Room: Featuring contemporary-style furnishings including a sectional couch, 43” Smart TV, and access to the backyard. Enjoy pool and mountain views from the multitude of windows.
Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances. The large kitchen island adds prep space to make meal prep easy!
Dining Area: The dining area has seating for eight guests.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Grand Master Suite — King size bed, 30” Smart TV, fireplace, relaxing chaise lounge, and access to the backyard. The private bathroom features double vanities and a wonderful walk-in wrap-around shower.
Bedroom 2 — Queen bed, access to the outdoor spaces.
Bedrooms 3 — Queen bed
Bathroom 2 is a shared full bathroom offering a vanity and a shower.
Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
The home offers outdoor spaces that feature a pool and hot tub. You’ll also enjoy a built-in propane BBQ grill and fireplace, along with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating.
Pool: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously. The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $150 per day. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions during the fall and winter months, the pool cannot be heated October 1-March 31. Please note that due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels. The pool depth is 3-6 feet.

Please Note: The in-ground hot tub begins heating once turned on and typically takes about one hour to reach temperature.
