The main house space is cozy and comfortable with a picnic bench style dining table area to really make vacation dinner or game time a blast for everyone. The kitchen and dining space is designed with an open floor plan into the living room with a very comfy, large sectional couch and a large ottoman to put your feet up on while relaxing in front of the fire or a movie at the end of the day.

Quiet Hours are between 10pm and 8 am, occupancy is limited during quiet hours.
MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.
After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.
The outdoor furniture and full use of the deck may not be usable in winter time due to heavy snow.
Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.
One of the 3 queen bedrooms is on the first floor off of the kitchen, next to the downstairs bathroom.
The two bedrooms that are upstairs have joining double french doors that can be closed and locked with the curtains pulled for privacy, or they can be open to make it a common space. The second bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and the laundry is on the second floor with bedrooms #2 and #3.
On the second floor, between the bedrooms and the bathroom, there is a lovely landing space that offers a mid century modern office desk in front of the window looking over Tahoma for those who need to work a little while they play. On the other end of this landing, there is a oversized, faux fur bean bag atop of a shag rug in front of a glowing and very warm, wall mounted electronic fire place. There are also book shelves in this mellow space lined with books, board games, and puzzles.
The new tempur-pedic pillow-top mattresses, luxury bedding include; hypoallergenic down comforters, 2 hypoallergenic fill as well as 2 tempur-pedic memory foam pillows on each bed, make for a dreamy sleep for your reboot get away time.

Enjoy nearby skiing at Homewood Mountain, which is only a three-minute drive from the home. The larger Squaw Valley Resort is a mere 15 miles away.
