Nestled in private neighborhood, minutes from the Lake Tahoe shoreline, this home offers an inviting open floor plan, with large windows capturing beautiful forested views. Enjoy outside in the summertime on the large deck or continue the day’s activities inside playing shuffleboard or poker in the game room. Home features a bonus in-law quarters, complete with kitchenette, large family room, & bedroom for your guests who prefer a little extra privacy.

Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the front front door/deck/parking lot area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without a refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protects our home from guest damages.
Please note Outdoor furniture and use of deck is not available during winter months due to heavy snow!
Poker : We only provide the poker table, you have to bring your own chips and cards
This home does not have air conditioning!
MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.
Other things to note
If traveling during winter, please be prepared for winter driving conditions. 4WD vehicles are recommended.
Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.
Adventure awaits right outside your front door as this home is situated a half mile away from popular hiking trails, 7 miles from the Tahoe Cross Country Ski area, and 12 miles from the Squaw Valley and Northstar California Resorts. Whether your idea of adventure is swinging from the treetops or swinging a golf club, this mountain retreat provides the opportunity for you to explore the forests by zip lining at Tahoe Treetop Adventure Parks only 7 miles away or enjoy a round of golf at one of the courses within a 10 mi radius. For those of you who love the water, you will be in close proximity to the lake to paddleboard and paraglide or the Truckee River for kayaking, whitewater rafting and tubing. Explore the night sky with a Tahoe Star tour and the nightlife in the local restaurants and bars.
