Very nice and trendy area between Design District and sea shore. Plenty of great restaurants, shops, art, cafes etc. near by. If you want specific recommendations, just ask us!
It is very easy to move around by walking, 10-20 minutes you can reach to Design District, sea shore, city centre...
Please note that there is some construction work in the neighborhood, so there might be some noise coming from there during the working hours. Some people have been bothered by it and some haven’t at all.
Closest tram stop at the moment is 150 m away and closest bus stop just outside this apartments building. However this may change due to the construction so ask us for an update if public transportation is important to you during your stay ! :)
