This stunning home has a chic but cosy appeal thanks to its blend of modern, traditional, and rustic design elements. It comes with a heated private pool and lots of lounging areas perfect for unwinding.
*Living and Entertainment*
A private heated(solar, electric) swimming pool is nestled on a large lawn, ideal for having fun at anytime of day. The exterior of the house boasts a rustic Craftsman style with wood, stone, and bricks. Meanwhile, the interior looks modern and chic with its crisp white walls, wooden fixtures, and details. It has two lounging areas, one with a fireplace for private conversations and the other with large couches to accommodate the rest of the guests comfortably. It has a Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, multiple TV’s, an Apple TV and even some books and board games for recreation.
The kitchen looks pristine, with its white cabinets contrasting with the black countertops and an island benchtop. Cooking a feast can also be a breeze with its full kitchen, complete with a full fridge, oven, microwave, cooktop, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, and toaster. Basic dishes, utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware and provided.
Upstairs, another spacious lounging area faces the beautiful scenery of lush green and the blue sea. The upper space has wide glass walls so you won’t miss out on any of the panoramic views. It opens to a spacious balcony ideal for a chilly morning alone time, chit-chat in the afternoon, or dinner under the stars.

From the Gumnut House, it’ll only take 10 minutes or 850 metres to the beautiful Point Roadknight, one of the best beaches for kids and families to go swimming or fishing. A little farther is Angelsea Beach, a popular spot for locals and tourists, just 2.6 kilometres away. If you’re a tourist and want to see kangaroos and experience the wildlife, you can also head down to the Anglesea Golf Club, around 2.7 kilometres away.
