This three level property is beautifully presented with wonderful bay views and Cathedral style ceilings. Entry to the house is on level 2 which has 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with 2 x King Single beds and a split system A/C.

Upstairs on level 3, you will find the natural light filled open plan kitchen/dining area with floor to ceiling windows and bay views. Adding to the kitchen are stainless steel Smeg appliances, a Nespresso Coffee Machine and a generous size breakfast bar. The rustic looking dining table adds character and charm to the area. There is an open plan lounge area, with a large modular sofa, Smart TV, and ceiling fan. Adjoining this room is a powder room with vanity and WC. Sliding doors from the lounge room take you out onto the entertaining deck which overlooks the pool area and provides 180 degree views of Port Phillip Bay and the city skyline to the north.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
