With multi million dollar views from the cozy great room, you’ll soak up all the scenic beauty of our majestic mountains right from the living room.
This home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and over 3000 sq feet of living area. The great room with wood beams throughout is spacious and open and warms the home with a gas fireplace featuring beautiful stone masonry. The fully stocked kitchen is updated with granite and stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals. The large dining room table can comfortably seat up to 10 people and there are 4 adjacent bar stools.
On the main level, you’ll find the great room with soaring ceilings which is open to the kitchen and dining area. There is a powder bath on this level along with a queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds each with a twin trundle bed underneath. There is a beautiful Jack and Jill bathroom between the 2 rooms. If you venture upstairs, you’ll find the roomy master suite with king bed and en suite bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. The lower level of the home has a bunk room with a full over full bunk bed and a sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have a flat screen television. There is a gas grill for your enjoyment. You will love the close proximity to hiking and biking trails and the free shuttle bus stop is right at the end of the road to take you into town or to the gondola.
