Just a stroll to Rick Stein’s Restaurant or Bannister’s Pool Bar to enjoy cocktails and pizza by their pool or fine dining in the Restaurant for special occasions. Mollymook has two golf courses, Bowling Club, Golf Club, children’s parks, restaurants, cafes or enjoys shopping in Ulladulla, Funland and bowling for the family and Milton has fine dining, and designer shopping. The House - The home has spacious open plan living and dining area with air conditioning and a modern kitchen with Bosch appliances, a dishwasher and a pod coffee machine - great for easy entertaining. The living area spills out onto the deck and grassy backyard, with sensational views of Mollymook Beach and out to the ocean.
