Boasting full air-conditioning throughout and high ceilings, there are 8 x large bedrooms, 4 x bathrooms and separate powder rooms. There are 2 x fully equipped kitchens in the open plan dining and lounge areas on each level. Outdoors, there is a sparkling swimming pool and various areas including covered balconies, patio, and a private courtyard. Located within walking distance to the beach, local IGA supermarket and cafes, this home is the pinnacle in beachside Mt Coolum living - it is perfect for large families to all spread out and enjoy their own spaces and then come together to relax on holiday. *Accommodation Details* On the ground floor of this 2-storey home are 4 bedrooms, most of which have access to the courtyards, plus 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area overlook the covered patio and sparkling inground pool. The upper level has another 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a powder room, and also 3 balconies. The living areas and kitchen are open plan with sliding doors opening onto covered entertaining balcony with views of Mt Coolum. *Bedrooms and Bathrooms* All bedrooms have air-conditioning, built-in robes, blinds/curtains and security screens.
