With stunning Kangaroo Point at your front door and Soldiers Point Jetty and Bannisters Port Stephens just 450m away, you’ll be spoilt for choice. Pack your fishing rods and try your luck off the jetty, take a stroll along the soft sand, splash in the calm waters, picnic at the reserve, and check out Rick Stein at Bannisters restaurant – all while taking in that magnificent coastline view.
Sit back and soak up the peaceful ambiance from your private deck. Cook up the day’s catch on the outdoor BBQ, breathe in the fresh, salty air and sip on chilled wine to the sound of gentle ripples in the water. Extensive use of glass on the water side of the house allows the views, natural light and seabreeze to flow throughout the 2 levels creating an incredibly warm and inviting interior, and ducted air-conditioning offers even more comfort all year round.
