Big Blue Trace is a brand new gorgeous 5 bedroom home with 4.5 baths and plenty of room to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Stunning ceiling to floor wall of windows in the great room lets you take in the breathtaking blue Colorado skies or magical winter snowfall as you sit by the cozy stone fireplace. The beautiful modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals after the day’s adventures.
With 2 spacious living areas, a media room with large flat screen tv and large loft, there’s plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and find the perfect spot to relax. This home has 2 king suites, 2 queen suites and captain’s bunk-bed with a twin bed over a full. Plenty of parking is available with a 2 car garage and long driveway for up to 4 more vehicles.
Big Blue Trace feels privately secluded yet it’s only about a 12 minute drive to town or to the slopes.
PARKING REGULATIONS – Only 6 vehicles are allowed to park in the driveway. Parking on the street is NOT permitted. Violation of either of these regulations may result in $300 fine per day.
MAXIMUM OF 10 PEOPLE – No more than 10 people may occupy the house at any given time. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Violation of either of these may result in a $500 fine per day.
BRECKENRIDGE NOISE ORDINANCE – Quiet hours are from 10PM – 8AM. Violation of quiet hours is a class 2 petty offense and will result in a fine of up to $600 per violation from the Breckenridge Police Department.
The HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATIONS ARE STRICTLY enforcing any violation, and reporting them to the POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE COUNTY CODE VIOLATION DEPARTMENT
A 4 wheel drive vehicle will be strongly recommended for the winter months.
