This updated base 9 condo is perfect for your ultimate winter r summer vacation in Breck! Centrally located in the columbine/warriors mark neighborhood, the condo is a very short walk to main street Breckenridge, and all this wonderful town has to offer. The condo is also a very short walk (.5 mi) to the base area of Peak 9, and the quicksilver lift! It does not get much more centrally located than this. The condo also features a community hot tub, plenty of parking, and semi private decks for enjoying the fresh mountain air.
Inside the condo you will find an updated living room with wood flooring, flat screen TV mounted over the gas fireplace, and comfortable mountain themed furniture. Just off the living room is the cozy and well lit dining area, with a 6 seat dining table perfect for serving family dinner, or eating takeout from one of our local restaurants. Just next to the dining area is the open and functional kitchen, with ample space for preparing meals, and storing your groceries.
The master bedroom comes complete with a plush king bed, flat screen TV, and plenty of storage in the private closet. The second bedroom is also outfitted with a queen bed and plenty of storage, and has direct access to the second bathroom for convenience.
